Music plays a big part in our school life.Our children participate in many different musical events during the year. These range from in-school events such as school masses, assemblies, concerts and seasonal events e.g. Ceolchoirm during Seachtain ne Gaeilge. Our school choir enriches the First Confession, First Holy Communion and Confirmation Sacramental Masses.
The older classes in the school participate in other events like the County Wexford initiative "Sing out Loud" where the children are given the wonderful opportunity to perform in the National Opera House. Children are also encouraged to participate in the "Scór na nÓg" competition.Music plays an integral part in the school curriculum.
This current year extra-curricular lessons in music and drama are available for the children to participate in.
